DraftKings Sportsbook launched its mobile app in West Virginia on Aug 28, 2019. The company has a licensing agreement to operate in the state with Penn National Gaming. Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races was the first sportsbook to open in West Virginia. It launched on Aug. It is operated by William Hill. The pair expect to launch a mobile betting app later in Fall 2018.
